At Aneka Kitchens we only use reliable, skilled and professional tradepeople. As a team, our trades co-ordinate with each other and are committed to completing your project in the quickest and most efficient way possible.
If it’s a new home or extension, often the builder is responsible for the project management and we adhere to their schedule of works. However, if it’s a renovation (ie. new kitchen in an existing home), we are normally the project managers, organizing the schedule of works and liaising with our sub-trades. But let’s say you wish to pull out the kitchen yourself or you have your own preferred electrician, then we are more than happy to only provide some of the project management – the choice is yours!
Typical Project Management
Andrew, our production manager, will take care of every detail of the project, including a detailed site measure, organising the demolition, scheduling of other sub-trades (electrician, plumber, plasterer, tiler, etc) allowing you, our client, to deal with just one contact (one invoice) – making it easy!
Project Management of Building Work
Aneka Kitchens in Canberra can also professionally manage more extensive building renovations, such as the removal of structural walls, windows and doorways. We can provide and co-ordinate a licensed builder to complete this work.
